With a passion for cooking and my love for good tasty, healthy food i would like to present to you “THEFRIDA” – A  service set up to fulfil the current needs to C19.

My initial intention is to cook wholesome delicious food for the local community. After cooking most of our family meals during the lockdown, i suddenly came up with the idea to utilise it and share my love with others
